Unison-Conclave Eternal Peace Treaty
By the rights invested in the people of Eternitos, the immediate acknowledgment of the Unisons immediate victory in terms of the Unison-Conclave war. The Unison's successful assault of the Conclave Capital of Sobatama in Western Serendipity has allowed the end of the war and made so the Conclave would accept terms of peace and surrender. As witness, on neutral ground on the planet of Orun in Conclave space, the treaty will be officialized and acknowledged by representatives from all Superfactions under the Unison and Conclave as well as witnessed by representatives of the Blackwolves, Prime Masters and Neongods. On December 16th 10abm (After Battle of Maropolis) The treaty will be legitimized and passed, Conclave will allow to be operational as a separate entity to the Unison in Allegiance with eachother. With this said, no war will be waged in future among these factions least history repeats and terrible bloodshed and loss will happen again. To avoid this, any future conflict between the 2 Mega Groups will be punishable by intervene from the Highest Divines. The following are the vows of both Groups on terms-
"We as the Conclave, we who started this war, and we who surrendered and were defeated by the Unison Ring hereby deem our independence from the Unison and acknowledgement of peace in our time between the eachother. Cogrim of the Droid Faction Cogrim, Sepiks Ascendant of the droid faction Sepiks Devoted, The High Elderess of Neo Advent, The Broodmother of the Arachnid Nest, Basis of the Skullbot Collective, Alex Hexxo of the Hexxo Group, Darth Star of the Renegade Empire, Sadiks Prime of the Droid Faction Shadow Collective, all acknowledge the terms and vow to honor these terms and their-fore accept surrender and accept peace in our time with the Unison."
"We as the Unison Ring, we who were assaulted, we who defended our beliefs and defeated through combat the powerful Conclave, accept their defeat and accept their surrender and accept their independence from the Unison. We accet the terms of this treaty and acknowledge the Conclave as a sister Mega Group. Reph Fenrir of the Alliance of Free Universes and Blackwolf leader, Defiance of the Tyrannicon Confederacy and Blackwolves, 4th Lich King Soris of the Undead Sovereignty, The Jakaal Royal Family of the Jakaal Empire, Unit 23 of the Droid Commune, God Prechus of the Trak Empire, Lord Teren Riggs of the Pinnacle of Freedom, Emperor Magus of the Order of the Darksun, Clockwork of the Independent Coalition and Blackwolves, President Albater Autumn of the Enclave Initiative, all acknowledge the terms of this Peace Treaty and vow to honor these terms and their-fore accept victory and accept peace in our time with the honorable Conclave."
"As Highest Divine Eternal witnesses to these events, we hereby acknowledge this peace Treaty and legitimize it in the name of all Gods, mortals, Immortals and beyond. Legion of the Blackwolves, Arun leader of the Prime Masters and first Neongod, and Akula Moon Knight of Zend and Knight of The Neongods, witness all these and will honor the terms of these agreements and will forever watch over these terms and vow to punish any who go against these terms, Unison or Conclave. We accept Peace in this time, in the Age of Ultimates between the Honorable Conclave and Honorable Unison Ring."
With the acceptance of these vows, we will now list the terms of the treaty on top of the already listed terms:
-Both factions will allow civilian travel between territory without segregation or military persecution without cause or reason, only military will be excepted of this rule due to them being of factional pure standing.
-Must support eachother in future endeavors
-Must operate on a need to know basis and if reason to send military into eachothers territory is extremely punishable if the sender does not alert the Mega Group before initiating such an operation and give honest reason.
-Both groups must seize aid of helping any resistance or extremist, loyalist or other groups that they were supporting before hand. At the time of this treaty, these groups are the Deepset Honorable Rebels on the side of the Unison and the Vindikeim Loyalist Regime on the side of the Conclave.
-All Producers of goods are now allowed free trade through Unison and Conclave Territory, this includes any company along with their private benefactors such as Hexxo Group or Altech.
-Both groups must combine their individual medical branches to better aid those impacted by the war and form a Independent Medical Coalition (IMC) that is dedicated solely to aid and support of all those in need of said treatment. They will not be allowed to go to war in anyway and are not acknowledged as a Faction.
-All Superweapons are to be deactivated or modified to go dromant in case of normal starships until they are needed properly which is hopefully never.
With these terms stated, and with the power invested in all faction leaders, representatives and Divines, the Placement of this treaty is now Legitimized, from this point on, the Unison-Conclave War, the Great Eternitos War is officially and legitimately ended and both sides are at peace with eachother.
