This winter is being ok so far. I have a co-worker is having a hard week. I'm hoping that things will turn around for the better for him. He lost a grandparent last year around this time of year, and he's upset that it may be happening again. He's been such a cool person so its hard to see him so down like this.

If you still have grandparents around, please give them a quick shout. Just a "Hello." You never know when they're going to leave this world, so say what you need to say while they're alive and warm.
