Christmas Wishlist (Not Seriously)

Don't freak out, I am doing very well myself and there is hardly a wish I would not have fulfilled myself or had someone do for me.
So unless you just have something in mind yourself don't worry.
There is a few things though that I am not that easily able to acquire so here is the CHRISTMAS 2017 Official wishlist:
1 - A Yacht. Doesnt have to be a Superyacht or the like but wouldn't mind that either. 30-50 meters sounds fair enough.
2 - My own personal hydroelectric dam.
3 - A hot pink Bugatti Veyron without cats and mufflers to be the ultimate attention whore.
4 - the Tokyo Jungle doujin. - Okay, this one is serious. I am trying to find a digital or physical copy of it for years. Only can find some low res preview pics from artists that worked on it.
5 - A working phaser pistol, TOS or Kelvin style. If you go for it, everything above a 2 Watt 405nm laser diode should work beautifully.
6 - All your love and the knowledge that you are doing well and have a great Christmas. Or Hanukkah. Or Kwanzaa or whatever you have. Enjoy it!
