Being that it's built from a well-known, copyrighted show (with deep pockets), they would have needed to pull not just yours but everyone else's based on the same image... and I'll bet that's just what they did.

In my opinion there is some level of corruption amongst the FA staff.
I personally think it is likely on a low/minor level, but still feel there needs to be a way for people to speak out against the poor actions taken by the staff.

Rules are in place for a reason, and ultimately they are providing you with a service. You don't pay for the service, so really you can't complain. It's not really a dick move on their part. Sorry :/

No comment, Due to me not being the smartest in the shed here. (I have done some stuff to get the FA admins pissed in the last year but I'd rather not discuss them. :/ )

Fa Admin are just Elitists that are hard to get at because of their power of BanHammer, pretty clean-cut.

I have a deep distrust for the "10000+ Pageview" folks here on FA, only because they have the strangest sense of superiority. Admin are not exceptions in my feelings.

Well I hope it's not inculding me as I hit 20,000+ recently myself. To be honest I don't feel superior either, I still like helping out others when I can as well.

You could be exempted due to being here since Site Opening, and you have been Trollsecuted (something I've actually ASKED FOR and never gotten). But meh; no talkie to me much, no trustie too much.

Eh, IMHO, they're slowly becoming content-Nazis. You see it happen with the powers that be with everything from 'zines to web sites when they leave the barn door open and try to close it after the horses run out. First its one change, then another, and another, then it falls apart when nobody wants to participate anymore because its become so restrictive.

One has to go to the forum and take a look at the AUP changes to see that. But this has gone on for years before that when they first sought to content by limiiting the number of photos and nature of such submitted, number of WIPs, ect. And of course their stance on not allowing the controversial cub-art had not pleased a number of artists as well. Now with these AUP changes its just another stepping stone, or nail in the coffin if you will. Unfortunately most users are completely unaware of AUP changes and thier rammificatons, or for whatever reason they simply don't care, or are blindly accepting, thinking that admin are all-wise and all-knowing, ( Afterall they they wouldn't do something that wasn't fair and just, so they must be right. Right? ) or willing to defer judgement, One looks at the replies to journal posts about these things and see just how many members are unaware of it and how it affects thier favorite artist negatively and thats when you get a feeling of just how the greater membership is being kept in the dark. Which is not good because they think everything is hunky-dory, and its not. Not to mention that a number of artists affected are totally unaware of these changes and are shocked when they learn of them. The conduct of admin in the forum are not that good either, instead of providing ongoing lines of discussion where points can be exchanged back and forth to bring about some manner of amicable outcome, dissent is quashed.

i wasn't aware of the change in allowance of cub art, and there seems to be no lack of it on hear. i remember that was the first turning point on y gallery when they started getting weird and oppressive. i also saw nothing about cub art in the aup.
the limitations on photography have been around since 2005ish i believe, they have clarified them allot witch i think is a good thing.
before this i have only herd of one person having trouble with the moderators and thats because they were consistently uploading enough pictures so that every time they would post a bundle the servers would go down.

as for the forums i cant really say because i don't use them and i conceder them a separate site. i am a little confused about what your are saying with that though. you talking about people arguing with each other and then the admins put a stop to it or are they arguing directly with the admins about some action the admins have taken?
