Well hello! Happy holidays to all who read this. Hope you all have a wonderful holiday season, and best wishes for the new year. It's been a long while since I've done anything here, and while I have some downtime, I thought I'd share some updates with anyone who may be interested in them.

Firstly, and most importantly,  spottedchai and I are officially married! That's definitely been the highlight of the year for me, and I'm really looking forward to what 2018 brings us.

I finally was able to change job fields. I lost my job in June, and was pretty bummed about it. I'd never left a job without another in line before. But, it opened the opportunity to explore new fields, and I was able to get a job in what I'm most interested in- electricity. I am now an electrical apprentice, working for a contractor close to home. My boss and I get along well, and I'm looking forward to learning all he knows.

Still living an internet-less existence at home, and unfortunately, that isn't likely to change anytime soon. But, it does provide a good reason to not waste hour after hour on YouTube, and to keep busy with the house. Managed to get a major project done recently with some help, and sure have a few more to keep me busy.

We're currently out visiting mama and papa spots for the holidays, and while I have internet, I may start to upload the backlog of art I've got stashed. But I do wonder if the effort is truly worth it- things seemed to have really died down here. And I'm not always the biggest sharer. So the anxiety kicks in, and I continue to not upload anything. So, maybe?

But yeah! So again, happy holidays, and happy new year to all. I know I'm looking forward to 2018 and all that will come with it, so I hope you do too.
