Looking for artists to commission for concepts, designs, etc

Well I'm without an artist partner again and I've decided to not bother with commissioning others for story illustrations and instead am interested with character art and concepts of vehicles, creatures, weapons, etc. Does anyone know of any artists offering commissions right now that can do that sort of thing?

I'd also like the opportunity to try my hand at mechanical stuff if your willing to hire someone who is new to it. For what its worth, I am a dedicated artist and have never handed in something that isn't up to my own standards , even it that means re-doing it over and over until its right.
