Soooo as some of you may know, I am really new to having a fursona and Cobalt's origins are rather ironic and I just sort of loved what I came up with XD

I've been changing and tweaking her as I go, trying to make her as perfect for me as I can, from changing her color scheme from just various shades of blue to now having a splash of purple in there, and making other changes, like trying to make her face shape look more raptor-like than draconic or reptilian. I've also made her more feathery than scaly, especially with her poofy bob :)

Now I'm considering whether or not I'd like to keep the name "Cobalt." On one hand, it does sound cool still, and as I was reminded by , it is a pretty rockin' element. That being said, I did literally just name her Cobalt because it's another word for blue, just like her, so it really wasn't that creative of a name on my part XD

So I've been considering, instead, naming her Nova because stars are kind of my thing? I've always signed my i for my real name with a star ever since I was little, plus my ponysona has stars as her motif, so it seems like it would be fitting for that theme. In addition, I am planning on adding star dust to her feathers for her design so Nova goes with galaxy and....I'm really just a child of my generation and we all know how we freaking adore those galaxies :P

So I thought I'd post this to the void, see what feedback I could get?

Maybe I'll put it up to a vote :) Nova or Cobalt? Is it too late to change her name?
