LIFE
1) Another work schedule change, who would've thought!? We're enterin' the slow season over at my restaurant, so we're closin' for lunch on Mondays thru Thursdays. As always, times are in MST (Mountain Standard Time), n "Close" refers to any time after 9 PM MST that I have to stay for cleanup.
Sunday - 9 AM to close
Monday - 5 PM to close
Tuesday - 4 PM to close
Wednesday - day off (laundry day)
Thursday - day off (streaming day)
Friday - 3 PM to close
Saturday - 3 PM to close
2) Still not officially an executive chef--the "official" referrin' to me signin' the salary contract. M'bein' compensated for my increased workload n' the boss has officially told the kitchen staff that m'in charge when she isn't around. So that is nice, but man. Would love to sign that contract already.
