2017 started out like every other year for me. Stayed up late and hung out with available friends. It was nice for a good long while. Politics aside... I did find it, and still honestly find it, pretty darn amusing watching people freak out over an election cycle.

Shrugging that off, I went about my daily business till about April... then the year slowly started to turn a bit sour. About halfway through this month, a furnace (ironically) at the metal working factory caught fire and terminated about 70% of the production there. Needless to say I was let go soon afterwords due to the financial hit.

Things were pretty quiet and slow after that. It took me nearly all summer to find a new job and around that time I also lost a few people I considered friends. The results from both were the same. Two messy parting of ways and one saddened horse.

Twas not all bad though. I met a few new people that I enjoy talking with on skype, telegram and such. And even if its hard to talk with then all, I still enjoy every moment I can speak with em. And now towards the closing of 2017... things are looking up!

Not only am I finally back on a normal shift (I was on second shift, now on first!!!!!!), but now I am around more often for folks I care about and talk to folks again! Pay is a bit smaller but that is a small price to pay for peace of mind. With that being said...


HAPPY NEW YEAR PEOPLE! Here is hoping for an awesome 2018 for all ya folks~
My resolutions for this year are to lose a some weight and reconnect/chat with more folks ^^
And a special thanks to a few special people in my life: Thanks for working with me and being my friend during life's ups and downs this year and looking forward to every moment with ya'll this coming year.
