I'm more focused on Marvel cause of MVC: Infinite on the PS4.

I personally love Marvel a bit more. First off they made the Excellent "Marvel Ultimate Alliance" games, which I really wish would get another sequel. Plus, I had this strange obsession with Scarlet Spider. Despite not reading the comics and most people hating him, I really like Ben Reily (at least until he came back...). He introduced me to the concept of "Temporary replacement characters", such as John Walker Captain America, Female Thor, and the Dark Avengers (those guys were cool). It also had far less "corny" characters that DC had (Plastic Man and Mystifilk (i know I spelled it wrong)). Plus, Captain America Civil War was cool, I'm glad they brought back Spider-Man (I wish they added Ragnarok though).

However, there are a few parts of DC I like too. Reign of the Supermen, despite the major flak it got, was still pretty original. Azrael Batman was also cool. I also love the comic where Darkseid, supposedly the most powerful foe in the comics, gets beaten down by Doomsday and even admits he "is beyond death".

One thing I dislike about DC is that they've had at least 3 reboots/ Major retcons/ Universe Condensing in attempts to streamline the comics for new readers, sometimes making it confusing and pissing off veteran readers. So far, I think Marvel only did a massive Universe Condense thing once.

I liked Azrael Batman, despite the fact he turned into a psychopath, Knightfall was an all around good story arc. I’m currently trying to acquire all the comic books to the current major DC crossover event Dark Night Metal.

I only just recently got into comic books but didn’t know where to begin with Marvel because it’s really confusing with the current comics, even the guy that works at my local comic book store couldn’t tell me where to begin, that’s why I decided to look into the old school comic books. The ones I’ll focus on will be Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Ghost Rider and Captain America, I’m particularly fond of those guys.

I have investigated some of the history and significant moments of both Marvel and DC. Like how in the 90s DC was almost sunk because they made Hal Jordan the supervillain known as Parallax and the fans were outraged. Also in the 90s Marvel was on the verge of bankruptcy, so they threw anything at the fans that they thought might stick, which often turned out bad or was poorly received (Chuck Austen’s X-men run, the clone saga, the Punisher becoming an angel, etc.)

Yes, the Parallax thing was a mistake (The Big Picture guy told about how a group of Green Lantern Fans spent a DECADE protesting it, while Linkara listed him in one of his "Top 10 Worst Superheroes becoming villains") If you want to get into comics more, you should watch Linkara on youtube, as 90% of his videos are Comic related (often reviewing and making fun of bad ones, the most infamous being One More Day and the Tandy Computer Whiz Kids)

I’ll be sure to look it up, I also follow WhatCulture Comics, their top 10 videos are pretty good, my favorite videos so far being “ten times DC comics lost their damn minds” “ten times marvel lost their damn minds” and “ten ridiculous ways superheroes came back from the dead”

There aren't many good comics out there at the moment, but the best ones (Runaways, Squirrel Girl) are Marvels ^.^
