Hi hi everyone and happy 2018 !! I haven't been active here since, for some time I had daily headaches again and was starting to get really worried but turns out it was a prequel to a really bad flu ;;;;

The last month has been really rough but I'm finally pretty much at 100% or close to it! The tldr is I had really terrible symptoms and head pains to the point where I had to go to the ER to take treatment for said pains ;;; and my brother had it way worse because he had a flu not 2 months ago but it came back with a vengeance.. so bad that his tonsils had gotten so swollen and the infection was getting into his blood system. He stayed in the hospital for about 5 days or so and during that time I was so bad I had to stay at home with my dad. So during christmas my fam came to stay with us to look after all of us because, my parents also ended up getting sick (my mom with a bad bronchial infection that caused quite a few scares / breathing attacks ?? but she's doing better now ) even my fam (grandparents and uncle) ended up with bad coughs too so it's been...quite a nightmare to say the least. I didn't really get to spend the holidays as I had wanted or didn't get to draw all the things I had planned but life happens sometimes.

I try not to take things for granted but boy did all this really make me take things for granted far, far less. Simply feeling well in a neutral sense is such a nice feeling, and seeing some of the most dear people to me get ill really wants me to put more effort to reach out to my loved ones because life is very short and I want to make the most of it <3

This coming year I really want to start making more personal pieces. I'll still be taking commissions but I am hoping to start the path of making my own brand and merch perhaps this time around! I'm so incredibly thankful for all the support you dears have given me over the years and while I love drawing to make people happy via commissions, I want to really try diving into my own personal work and ideas and hopefully you'll enjoy them as well <3 I plan to do prints, maybe enamel pins and other little trinkets as well as in the long run, dress prints ?! Who knows haha but it's always been a long term goal of mine so might as well try!

I have so many things I want to save up for, including being able to meet my darling boyfriend in person this year <3 I'm not sure when, things have been pushed back due to several reasons but it's my biggest motivation to keep moving forward this year so <3
