Overwatch is seeing some new events coming soon such as the Year of the dog Event as well as possibly the Uprising and Anniversary Event.

But one thing players can look forward to right now is the soon release of new maps such as BlizzardWorld and possibly new skins and items for loot box.

Now though there is talks from Kaplan himself who is game director about a new character coming in the future. As of right now they are calling him Hero 27. There is much talk yet on who this character might be but they do say this character is 'very much needed'
