Had a really bad pain spasm a week or so ago, wound up clenching down so hard I cracked another molar. It sorta shattered apart and now I got little tiny tooth fragments embedded into my gum. On top of that it cracked apart into a sort of jagged wedge shape (the remaining part), which now just hurts like fucking hell (plus it's razor sharp on my tongue). I keep slathering it with lidocaine and taking Tylenol but it's only managing to dull the pain. Probably gonna have to go to the dentist and either have it pulled or have a crown put on it. I tried to pull it out myself with a pair of tweezers and a pair of needle nose pliers, but because it's a stupid wedge shape it's impossible to get a firm grip on it. Le sigh...
