Hearing Whistles?

Hi guys i like to know if anyone out there had the same hearing problems i'm having right now, since a few days i start to hear a really annoying whistle noise on my right ear, the noise stars pretty loud and then it fades a little bit, it's pretty annoying and it's hard to focus while i'm working, i can't see a doctor until thursday, so meanwhile i like to know if anyone of you got the same problem as i am,
