Dell On the phone for 2 hours lol plus diskdrive

Ok ill start with this lol, literally I've just got of the Mobile phone to Dell Customer services to try and fix up my Disk Drive, must of gone though so much stuff to work out why it had disappeared from my Computer folder and Programs, Wouldn't play DVDs or Cd's, i finally downloaded Microsoft fixit He told me the link, Had to rest my computer least 4 times on and off, winamp and WMP started playing again, But then the sound wouldn't play out, so that was another 40 mins working out why it wasn't xd, I had the wrong codec for sound on and vista service pack 2 hadn't helped resetting some settings.
Now after all that i got it all working he was saying why as my computer so slow starting up and shutting down as i released its only 1gb ram bit too slow for vista with all the programs i have on it, Ive bought a new 3 years guarantee with my XPS and a 4gb new ram, so soon my computer will be protected from breakdowns and much much faster respond time.
He was a nice bloke on the phone, but now I'm thinking about the Orange Mobile phone bill xd. Its contract so hope its all ok.
Other than that the weather is shit they said, we have a good summer this autumn oh yer, now its bloody raining and cold xd.
