Ever felt undecisive about your characters' size?

For example, Hazel was initially defined as 5' 5" tall weighing 160lbs, with no set shape. But time later I decided she should be a 5' 8" at 190lbs. And right now, she's a 5' 9" at 220lbs, pear shaped. What I'm looking for are wide hips, a not-so-big belly, and regular breasts, like this.

Alex and Lacey. Both are in a perpetual cycle of being slightly chubby with big bits (breasts and belly respective) and just being plain fat.
