Journal below, thank you for taking the time to read.

So here's the thing, youtube changed their content rules. http://puu.sh/z3iKU/e08c191663.png when it comes to making money. My friend is almost to his first payout from ad revenue, but with this change he'll lose that. He has the time of watchers just not the subscribers. He's only 30 or so away. So if anyone wants to just subscribe to him so he can reach that 1k mark before the change in month. I know he'll be so happy for your help. https://www.youtube.com/venerabela

And if you read that message from YouTube, it's not "We have changed our policy, if you don't meet the new requirements within 30 days you will be demonetized," it's"We've changed the policy, you WILL be demonetized in 30 days. If you meet the new requirements within that time, we will decide if we want to let you monetize your channel again."

Youtube admins are jerks.
