YouTube decides to SCREW AROUND SMALL Time Creators

Yep I have just been screwed over by YouTube all because I don't the 4000 hour video views and the 1000 subs to keep getting my video's monetize so that I can make some kinda of extra money.
It's all thanks to YouTube's NEW UPDATE which not only screws around small creators like myself but also kicks people out of the YPP that they were invited into to make some money on the side with Monetization of your video's but thanks to Logan and Jake Paul including their dad everything has gone up shit creek with no paddle and no leg to stand on. YouTube "said" they talked to everyone, I wasn't talked to about this cause I was never asked any questions or got asked what I would like see done to help the smaller content creators on YouTube.
The YouTube Creator site doesn't help one bit, I just made new logo for me YouTube Channel and I'm in the process of trying to make a new YouTube Banner that I can use for myself and to be seen as someone to get on board with and to sponsor to review and test products but no YouTube has now royally screwed up everything that made people to want to create video's even though they are small time creators to big time creator's though I'm going to go out and say YouTube is doing what ever the fuck they want to do now and to kill off small time creators

1) Create a massive wave of game footage in advance on my home equipment.
2) Massive upload at one time, regardless of the upload limitations.
3) Immediately set all videos to private.
4) Create some kind of contest where there are clues set into all the videos.
5) Every day or two, reveal one video to public. (Now...when one sets these from private to public, I am not sure if the YouTube algorithms will 'list' a newly public set video to the newest 'Subscriptions' list or not. This could partially ruin this plan if it does not.)
6) Use my viewer ships from sites like this to promote the contest, helping to give the YT account a booster shot to help clear those tall limitations.
I just don't have the time or energy to put into producing a weekly/daily YouTube content channel. So, why bother with this idea...for now.

there are 10 other things too and too long to write them all down
youtube is notoriously known to literally screw their people over , never communicate almost anything and then be "tough shit"
