Well, i went to the doctor this morning and..., i have tinnitus. you can see on the video what tinnitus is, my ringing it's pretty similar to the second guy on the video, it's basically a weird noise inside our brain, nobody knows why this happens, and there's no cure for it, the worst part is knowing you're not gonna live in complete silence ever again, no matter what you doing or where you are, the noise just never stops. and i was "lucky" enough to have an very low intense tinnitus, so pretty much i can handle it without a problem, but please bear with me if you see i'm more irritable than usual, i have to get used to my "new life".
EDIT:
Thanks for your overwhelming support on this situation.

now seriously , thanks
At least your isn't very loud and seems managable ^^
Sorry to hear anyway.
Only comfort I can give, from my own experience, is that the brain eventually gets used to it in a way, and thus it will be slightly reduced over time and not be as bad.
Alternatively, what you could do, is find something else to turn on during night, that isn't very intrusive but also maybe keep you from hearing it/thinking about it.
Like a fan on low setting. That's something I've done myself
Exposure to loud noises can cause it as well. It comes and goes
Remember that it's a condition, not a disease so you'll be fine. I much rather have tinnitus then cancer or an STD.
I have 9 of them in my bed room alone.
I just know my boss who also has a tinnitus told us that over time he got used to the sinus like noise that he dosnt hear it at all anymore under good conditions.
He also told me that the noise of the tinnitus increases from stress, and decreasses on the opposide.
Maybe familar terms happen to you?
They Analyse your Tinnitus and give you something like a counter-Sound for this and you have to hear that for some time and the Tinnitus should be gone.
but i dont know how far the Research is.
It teaches your brain not to hear the sound.
So not a cure, but it is a helpful aid. :)
It is something you will have to learn to ignore, but it's not easy.
Everytime you think about it try to do something to distract yourself.
The more you listen to it the louder it gets, so dont think about it.
I know that is a hard thing to do when the sound is literally in your head but you have to learn to do it or you may find yourself going a bit crazy.
I am not making a joke or trying to be funny when I say this, but my tinnitus drove me mad when it first became apparent.
I was unable to sleep and felt like someone was torturing me, I would start crying and holding my head.
It was not good.
There are lots of ways people have found to cope with it, you may want to look into them.
But I have found that the best way is to try and relax and just not think about it.
DO NOT TRY TO DROWN IT OUT, loud sound can make it worse!
Also do not use in ear headphones!
If you do need to use headphones use over the head ones that let air and sound out, so you do not have loud sound pressure close to your eardrums.
In fact try to avoid loud noises, loud music game sounds and so on.
A reasonable volume is the best thing, so no more death metal blasting at you ok .
If you need any advice let me know, I have had it for going on 12 years. :)
-Don't play your music too loud on your phone/music player and headphones/earbuds
-Wear earplugs in concerts
so not only do i have (from birth) hearing loss, i have to put up with the constant ringing tone in my good ear.
as others have mentioned already, just turn on a small fan, the white noise helps you tune it out.
