holy shit. What's wrong?

Throat is streaked white in the back, sometimes fever for a few days, sometimes fatigue and lack of appetite. The problem is two docs don’t know. My throat culture came back normal and I got sent to a throat specialist, who did a sinus culture albeit after giving me antibiotics that almost put me in the hospital. So the culture did nothing and then I was put on a z-pack; nothing happened. I did lots of bloodwork but the docs are freaked cause the bloodwork shows I’m healthy. They want to say it’s viral or bacterial, but can’t prove either, so I’m being sent to a blood specialist. I can’t work so I’m glad I’m home, but it’s affecting my ability to do art and I’m worried about my immune system.
