So..it's been 4 days since my last post..and even though not a lot has changed, regarding my mom's fate, I wanted to take some time to say a few things that are just running through my head back and forth.

First and foremost, I want to thank my loving partner Astarin, my close friends and everyone else for the immense amounts of support, ears to vent to, derps to derp with, arms to hold me and everything else you guys have done for me in this challenging time. It means the world to me, and my mom, to see how many of you are there for us and we can't thank you enough :)

Now both me and her know, that the next few weeks/months will be our last, and it's a very surreal and nightmarish thing to realize..But we're slowly getting at peace with it and getting 110% out of our lives, one day at a time.

I can't really tell how I feel right now, but at least I'm not afraid anymore.
And if there's any advice/knowledge I'd take from all this, it's that we are lucky to have these last moments, as difficult as they are, because lots of people out there don't have the luxury of saying goodbye.

I'll be writing more of these as the events unfold at their own pace.
