Can't support at a per page rate, sorry. I'd be comfortable with a per month rate.

Understandable! I went with per-page so that the pressure would really be on me to regularly deliver content, and to avoid a situation where patrons would feel like they're not getting what they pay for in a given month.
I'm still working out the tweaks though; it's possible that once I can more regularly and reliably make comic pages, I might switch to a monthly system. But we'll see! I'm still figuring out the best way to do this!

Does this mean you won’t be posting art here now and everything will be patreon exclusive?

Read the patreon! I tried to make it super clear that that's definitely not the case! If anything, this will make sure I'm making and posting more art than ever!

I never liked patreon because the majority of people I used to follow started hiding their stuff behind paywalls. And only doing commissions for people who subscribe.

That's not Patreon's fault, it's on those people for choosing that business model. Patreon is extremely flexible and you can use it however you want to. Disliking a service solely because some people use it in a way you dislike is not cool.

Well, ever since patreon became a thing everyone started doing it. So to me, patreon is the problem. But that’s my opinion.
