I'm getting some positive feedback to keep going, so here's another one. Again, it's a bit out there, but it's how I tend to see games.

Nice review. A lot of the same complaints I had (with the demo). Oh if only they'd release a another expansion pack for the original, featuring the Tyranids, then my life would finally be complete @_@

From what I know, the original DOW's game engine couldn't handle what the developers had in mind for the innumerable tyranid swarms. DoW2 has an upgraded engine, and the tyranids are here, but they're only playable in multiplayer :\

Yeah, but they play just like any other race pretty much...I mean, even if they were just like the Zerg from Starcraft, it'd still be fine. I think they were just holding out so they could make DoWII have a better selling point to fans :p
