I'm gonna close up commissions y'all. But also not really.
I just feel far less suffocated by the obligation between that and my IRL job.
I'll still do YCHs, and Trades (FRIENDS ONLY still) and gift art, personal art, etc. But like, it feels really nice to NOT have a queue. Like yeah I've got auctions to do but those are small and already set sketch wise.
This won't be an indefinite thing, like if I want to reopen I will, but as for now I want to expand myself as an artist and get back into having fun with my art rather than look at it as this looming obligation.
I want to do things like expand my youtube channel, explore the world, move farther in my own life like with school and work.
I want to do things like weekly speed draws, as well as maybe start up a vlog.
I basically just need to get myself on the schedule I have been wanting for myself but haven't done it because I felt like I couldn't or that it would be too much.
Now to get into the not really part:
I will be open for BI YEARLY commissions.
That means I will post for commissions TWICE A YEAR and take on 5 clients.
In between this time I will continue to update my price sheet with recent examples as I grow as an artist.
I feel like this is the best thing for me right now and I can't wait to see where this takes me.
