Needless to say, I'm angry, and I can't really say with whom I am more upset with.
Here are the rules I was found to have broken:
Acceptable Upload Policy: Section 2.5 - Content that was not made explicitly by you that is used as part of your submission (such as free-to-use lineart, backgrounds, or royalty-free content) must cite its original source and be used with permission from the copyright holder. All permissions and copyright holders must be cited in the content's description. If an artist or character owner wished to be kept anonymous they must be credited as anonymous.
OK then, the FREE clip art of the phone was SHARED BY: YASSIR 05-04-2012 on http://www.clker.com
Acceptable Upload Policy: Section 2.6 - Content that was neither made by nor for the uploader is prohibited, unless part of a derivative work (See Section 2.5 for more information) or a group that has permission from the copyright holder. All permissions and copyright holders must be cited in the content's description. A group is defined as a user account dedicated to showcasing content of a chosen theme with others who share similar interests for the purpose of building a community and giving artists exposure.

Flo is a character owned by Progressive, however adding the pink mustache would make her a version of FloWolF, albeit would have been more accurate if I had blanked out the face and skin color, but no slack for the first upload I guess.
Acceptable Upload Policy: Section 3.5 - Photography focusing on artwork or photographs that you do not own or have express permission to photograph and display is prohibited.
I guess this means I'll have to take down the 2 other pics from old books down too, maybe I'll meme them, but that didn't seem to work with the above example.
Acceptable Upload Policy: Section 4.2 - Content created via character or image generators is prohibited (such as Doll Divine).
I uploaded them so I could get art of them, official art, one of which is in the process of being commissioned, I hope they saved a copy before you took it down FA!
Additionally this took out at least 8 peoples favorites. I feel bad for them.
