After getting some help in looking into my tablet's model, turns out its not a Monoprice display tablet. Its a tablet with the some model but different brand; YIYNOVA. I bought the display tablet from one of their distributor sites, ThePandaCity (http://thepandacity.com/) and then I bought the replacement pen (the one that broke) from Monoprice cause it worked with the Yiynova tablet. The good news? Yiynova have replacement pens on stock! :D

I already got one ordered and sent to my way, which means I'll be back drawing digital content by next week. Glad I got help finding the right pen and I want to thank my bro for being one of the folks that helped my remember the tablets right brand.
