Hey all,
I've finally quit my 9-5, so I'll be moving back over to doing artwork pretty much full time again. It's a huge relief to me to be in a place where I can do art and not have to worry about burning out again.
I've had a death in the family this last week (my Gran died) so we've finalized the funeral arrangements and the like. She was in her 90's and had a damn good run of it, she was pretty damn healthy and didn't suffer even right at the end.
I also have a holiday planned from the 6th Feb to the 5th March, so I'll be slow to respond to emails/notes/comments/carrier pigeon during that time. I'll also be doing little if any commission work. My boyfriend is coming over from the states so we'll be doing some road tripping while he's here!
So yes! I'll be absent briefly, but then I should be kicking into high gear on the art, so keep an eye out, I'll likely be uploading a lot more starting March.
[Also psst, for you twitter type people, I'm working on getting my twitter in order again so I can use it, so keep your eyes peeeeled.]

My mom's dad lived up to his mid-90s, most of it raising his kids on his own after her mom passed away in her mid-50s from a stomach virus or something [they never found out exactly due to the lack of medical technology and medicine they had in South Vietnam at the time compared to the US], and after coming to Oklahoma City.
Have fun on the artsy stuff and the roadtrip!

Sorry for your loss: we lost my grandpa 2 years ago at age 84, and my nan just turned 87. I hope I get to see her around for a few years and that she makes the most of it.

Stumbled upon this as i was looking for your refsheet templates, to work on the design of my snow leopard (havent found the refsheet templates yet, I could use some help?)
There is only the canine one under resources, and I sadly don't have the folders in my gallery functioning yet anyway (I keep picking at them, but haven't put the time aside to organize everything yet).

Yeah, i found the canine one last year and kinda redrew part of it to have a better idea of the character I wanted to make and threw some colors at it: I thought you had more templates but i wasnt sure I remembered...
No, sadly. Maybe if I ever get a Patreon rolling, I could start working on that kind of thing again (I'd also really like to redo the canine one >___>)
You should look into the Patreon thing ! You (used to) produce enough and at a good speed, I'm sure you'd have no difficulty having a lot of minor pledges ($1-$2) for WIPs and higher for access to raffles, templates, special commissions and such ! You would get it on pretty quickly I'd say.
