Some help needed

Hey everywatcher!
i have a bit of a problem on my hands here, its nothing about me but its about another user whos been harassing, tormenting, stalking and causing a witch hunt on my parter Phavenaar.
the person in question is her EX boyfriend who dumped her about two years ago, who after that NEVER! contacted her untill she got with me. even going as far to send his ''friends'' after me with his lies.
shes starting to fear her life now as he doesnt seem to stop even after we got the Newcastle police to call him and tell him to stop and move on, he's got heavy caliber weapons in the house, he's psychotic and seems to live in his own world (example: saying i hacked her account and shes with him in the UK, which is not true)
even making fake accounts that were made the same day when sending a note:

this morning she found out he's been going through her watchers telling them to stop watching her cus of said hacked account.
maybe some of you might have seen this in your shout box.
is there a way i can have a FA administrator or site admin look into this? i looked through the code of conduct and found this whole segment:

And also inform an admin about this to let them block him.

I've seen enough true crime documentaries that hade similar cases like this
This person is incredibly delusional if he is going through this effort and anyone aiding him should also get hit by a strike for supporting this kind of behaviour.
Unfortunately this journal is also slightly against the ToS. Callout journals count as harassment as well and aren't exactly allowed either. You should just go to staff, delete the journal and be on your way.

Check the day that note was sent and the creation date of the account, it's an alt and this is clear as day harassment that has gone to stalker-ish levels.
Do yourself a favour and read the journal again and shove those tinyurl pics in, the content is slightly disturbing and cringy, if they don't work I got them since they only worked once per browser.
Also let's be real for a moment, the FA team is incredibly slow to the point where this could take months they are so backlogged on shit that doesn't exist anymore or on stolen art.
I don't blame them for it but getting their attention with something as serious as this is quite hard when steam support appears to work faster.
Also, about the whole harassment thing, I'm not good at giving helpful advice for these situations, but the only thing I can do, is listen to people's problems. .n.
He also recently called her, we decided to pick up and record -everything-, he sounded pretty damn delusional, it followed up with him posting a video burning her belongings he "stole" from her.
