Question regarding RAM & performance on a netbook

Half a year ago, I inherited an IdeaPad S205 from my father. It comes with an AMD E450 @ 1.65mhz (dualcore) and 2gb of DDR3 RAM @ 1066mhz, downgraded from 4gb after the original modules failed. Runs on Windows 7 Ultimate x86. Full specs here.
My biggest complaint is that it can't play YouTube videos without hiccups. Would increasing or topping the RAM help at all? Memory usage tends to stay at 75%.

I'd increase the RAM for sure, though I'd also check to see if it's the internet that's limiting you as well. Former laptop (I'll explain seperately) was running 8GB DDR2s and it still can have videos stutter.
Internet connection isn't a problem, as videos can play & buffer at 1080p continuously at the same time.
