In case anyone who reads my journals is going to TFF, a note on restaurants: The best prices are outside the hotel. Sure, the $17.50 breakfast buffet is nice and tasty, but just a few minutes' walk brings you to Cindi's NY Deli. They're only open for breakfast and lunch, though, so for dinner, a good price is Spaghetti Warehouse -- it's a longer walk, but much cheaper than the hotel restaurants.

Sadly, there is no Tea Time for the Soul this year, due to hotel rules regarding outside food and drink -- and, unless I've missed it somewhere, no con suite either, for the same reason. If you don't want to walk as far as Cindi's, though, there are food trucks scheduled, as listed on the TFF schedule page.
