[POLL] How much should I focus on Journals? Twitter?

Sometimes I was silent for long except for things of key importance, other times I rambled about personal things, or write short journals for small things. But I know Journal spam can be annoying. So I wonder, what do YOU think? Should I write about anything? Or only important things? Somewhere in between?
