You can't just censor it and put it under general
For one it's against the site rules
And two, people have sfw on for a reason
I have sfw on because I don't want to see nsfw most of the time
Plus, I don't need someone peering over my shoulder when I'm out and seeing that shit
Why isn't this rule enforced more, it's so irritating to me

But it's always wonderful if someone who does provides that option.
