Commissions terms and conditions change

Note that these changes DO NOT apply to any commissions paid before this update.
These are the new terms and conditions:
Completed commissions will be delivered as Portable Network Graphics (PNG) files and do not require physical shipping, source files in the form of either .PSD or .SAI will be delivered upon request. I reserve full rights to the work. The artwork will be licensed to you under the Creative Commons BY-SA license. Read more about the BY-SA license here https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/
The artwork will also be available to the public under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA license. Read more about the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA license here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/
Unfinished commissions may be partially refunded, the amount refunded is exclusively determined by the artist. Completed commissions will not be refunded.
