So I am doing better and I have my meds adjusted and my anxiety under control.

I spent 6 days in voluntary psychiatric hospitalization. Things were getting bad and I didn’t want to have it get to the point it did last time. What a huge difference having insurance makes. Cottage hospital psychiatric is full of kind nurses and doctors doing their best to help you out and to heal. Wonderful amazing place. They helped me so much and now I have a psychiatrist and a therapist and aftercare.

In other news I felt like getting my hubby to help me take Ragna on an adventure and now it is raining. Boooo

Anyways off to go do our Valentine’s Day date because on the actual day we dress up nicely and go to Taco Bell.
