Commission stream before I bump up my prices (CANCELLED)

Due to personal problems... I can;t stream this thursday I'm very sorry
The price bump is still a factor though... please read below regarding that

tl:dr: You pay via paypal and its 17.50$ USD for an hour of me drawing for you.
I want to do commissions at this price before I bump up my rates a bit. Since I will need to do that sadly. The bump will be from 17.50 to 20 dollars an hour.
