I weigh almost 180 lbs.
And it makes me sad.
Tips on how to lose weight w/o going outside? (we have poor weather, it's either too rainy or way too hot)

If you have any video games that require movement and such (DDR, Wii Sports) those can help. They're not built for it, but better than nothing right?
Anything that gets the heart pumping really.
It's how I lost about 60 pounds over the past year.
Second is harder; I -HATE- green stuff.

I believe we need water more than milk for our bodies to function efficiently. And lots of people have trouble digesting dairy products. So I think water is better. but I love milk!

"Better" is a highly subjective. Better for what? For hydration, for the "I'm running a marathon, what's best to drink in the middle of the race to remain hydrated" water would be "better". In terms of nutrients: calories, protein, calcium, potassium and so on, milk is "better" than water since water contains no nutrients.
A healthy diet could include both skim milk and water, so the question is really moot. 32 oz of milk a day would completely satisfy the RDA of calcium and about half of a person's protein requirements on a 2000 calorie diet for a day. Given that most people consume more fluid than this in a day, the rest could very well be water.

Drinking water is the best way to quench thirst without providing additional sugar and kilojoules. Children should be encouraged to drink plenty of water each day. To make this easier, keep chilled water in the fridge and provide a jug of water with a slice of lemon or lime in it with dinner.
Reduced-fat milk is a good source of protein as well as nutrients such as calcium and vitamin B12, important for strong teeth and bones. Reduced-fat milk contains the same level of nutrients as whole milk, but less saturated fat. Plain reduced fat milk is preferable, but flavoured reduced fat milks are also acceptable. Humm, makes no sense to me. I've been drinking shit loads of milk over the summer (instead of pop :c), and I haven't lost any weight. :/ Ehh.
But whatev, drinking both is good for you, and calcium tablets'll help too

Uh, here's what I got:
1. If you've got a dog, chase that around the house (don't break shit or you'll get in trouble)
2. STOP SNACKING ON TWINKIES, YOU FATTY FAT FAT. Eat fruits or something instead. (Sometimes I like to make fruit smoothies out of whatever fruits I can find @u@ If there's a blender around. And fruit, of course)
3. Get a treadmill or something. Some of my relatives got a used one for like $20. (But it's fucking up right now, so it's useless until someone has free time to fix it)
4. My grandpa tells my fat uncle to eat moar cheerios, lol, try that. He (gramps) likes to snack on them. :U
5. Like scottmale said, eat healther. You don't have to go from junk food to an ALL VEGGIE DIET NOTHING ELSE, just...eat healthier. I like to make quesadillas c: Just get some flour tortilla shells (try to get soft stuff, hard-ish stuff tastes shitty to me), cheese (doesn't matter what kind), some kind of meat maybe (chicken, steak (YOU WISH), turkey, something), maybe some other ingredients. (I like to use pieces of hard-boiled egg, you could use green pepper or something, I don't know)
6. WORK OUT, GET BUFF, DON'T USE STEROIDS BECAUSE YOU'RE TOO COOL FOR DRUGS Either lift weights or beat up white people because you are black, hurrr
7. Don't sit on your ass, do something. Maybe look up stupid work-out videos on youtube, and then kick everyone out of the room/house so you don't have to feel embarrassed (lmao, I do that sometimes)
8. GET LYPOSUCTION AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER SURGERIES TO BE THE COOLEST MOTHERFUCKER ON YOUR STREET

play lots of ddr. get an exercise ball. do yoga, pilates, stretches, pushups, etc. more muscle = you burn fat easier.
eat healthier. yeah it sucks at first, but honestly you get used to it if you keep trying. 2/3rds of your diet should be vegetables and fruit.
take dancing lessons, like ballroom dancing and stuff, karate lessons.
the thing about being healthy is that at first, you WILL have to do things you will find unplesant, but if you keep pushing it, eventually you grow to like it.
