I just discovered what a ‘Special Interest’ is.

General
From my understanding of what I’ve read it’s when an autistic person is obsessed with something for a while then one days instantly loose all interest.
That’s why I always give up on projects.
That’s why I always come up with new ideas i can’t get out of my head.
That’s why I constantly break my promise of ‘I WILL finish this one’!
My brain is so broken and malformed I’ll never be able to follow though on my goals and dreams. Cause I’ll just get bored and move on to something else. Awesome! Now I know for a FACT that there’s no point in me doing or even TRYING anything. Fuck this worthless broken brain!

Things will be okay. I feel you are genuinely far too hard on yourself. You make wonderful works that people love! And people love and care about you. So please, know that you have supporters all over. It’s never pointless to keep trying.
Iunno, I looked into special interests, being diagnosed with Autism from a young age I indeed had these types of interests, I did eventually drop some of my interests as I grew up, but I also learned and understood that not all interests are special, anyone can get interested and want to try things and lose interest for a multitude of reasons, most commonly depression making them feel lacking or incompetent, which compared to a special interest, if you truly felt that form of interest you wouldn't beat yourself over the head with how you lose interest constantly, you'd have a new special interest to take it's place. A new obsession to the point you wouldn't really notice or care about the previous anymore.
Also just because you have a mental issue doesn't mean things aren't worth trying, if you want to try something you should, even if you lose any interest in it it could be worth it just for a small satisfaction of trying or attempting something that you wanted to do.
In any case, I hope you feel better about yourself someday, it's fine to be critical with yourself, especially as an artists it means you are growing and developing when you can see flaws in what you do, but there's doing and there's not, if you take no joy in trying to complete a project or working on art in general then don't force yourself, if you genuinely want to get better then try more, it's really up to you in the end, regardless of what your followers want.
Giving up on projects that are not interesting for you anymore is fine. Our brains hate doing stuff that is way too difficult and complex or way too easy and simple. You have to challenge yourself with tasks and projects that you know will challenge you to some extent and keep you interested, but will end before you lose interest. It might be a short 3 frame comic script, a birthday card, or something else.
Our brains also love to solve tasks. So you can find a way to turn drawing into task-solving. There are different ways, one of them is asking people on stream to name 6 characters, name 6 actions and 6 emotional states. And then roll a dice three times. And draw a character, doing an action in a given emotional state. It is always super fun and results are hilarious. And there are other ways to turn drawing int problem solving.
Lack of motivation is also a thing everyone encounters now and then. Imagine a thing: If you would decide to draw a 5 page comic, you will probably give up really soon because you don't know what is in it for you. If I told you that I will give you $5k after you finish it, it will be done in 3 days. No one will give you $5k for a comic but a finished 5 page comic is a sign for everyone out there "Hey, this artist can tackle complex projects, I will consider commissioning her later". That's why it is really important to recognize importance of every completed project drawing, comic, story or project as your investment in your future profits. Art gallery filled with drawings and updated on a daily basis is your important asset. You can't get profits from stocks if you don't spend some money on them. Same here, you can't profit on your artistic abilities unless you invest your time, effort and mental energy.
Oh and, also, art is hard. Reaaaly freaking hard. It's years and years of drawing, studying, observing, listening to lessons, working with better artists. And only after years and years of studying and betting your whole life on it you will finally start getting money for your craft (and receive "why don't you draw for free?" questions :D)
But, there is an important thing. You are writing that you have a medical condition that damages your motivation and decision making, and I think you should really address these issues first. Seek professional help. Someone whose job is to set people's brains back on track and working; to help get rid of the "broken toy" self peicture and attitude. A train off rails is a pile of metal. This train might be awesome and shiny and super high tech. But you can't get anywhere with it. If you believe your brain is broken, you make it really easy for you to give up on any task the moment you encounter difficulties because you have a legit excuse "why even try if I am bad and broken?"
There are always people who will help you and support you but the only thing we can do is just being there for you, saying that we love you and care about you. This will make you feel better but, sadly, it will not solve the fundamental problems.
Never give up on yourself. No matter what the world tells you or what you think never give up.
And if you do truly feel like giving up believe in me. Believe in the me that believes in you
