http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/8627748 <-- Landlord has been an absolute NIGHTMARE for this person, and is currently forcing them to move out rather than actually fix the preexisting damage to their apartment (which includes the failing of over half of the outlets, which could cause a fire). Additionally, a lot of the appliances don't work either, so type of food, cleaning, etc. is limited. If you can, he'd appreciate a couple bucks.

I've gotten some art from them, including this headshot and this chibi, and their prices are very reasonable with quick turnarounds. It also looks like they are willing to do collaborative commissions as well, so if you're an artist and might be interested in that check them out!
