my fursona's design was only marginally changed since the first piece of art done in 1995.

Gosh, and here I thought I had some old characters from like 2001.

Out of those characters I made back in middle school, Blaine's design has changed the least; his current form is recognizable as early as 2003, when I decided that he looked best in green :u

my oldest animal people character, as opposed to maybe could-be critters without anythign attached I scribbled before, is a minotaur going by the name of Madouhn Aliakan. he was created in 1992, to serve in a roleplaying game we developed from AD&D (we wanted to make it more realistic and ended up it being even more of a numbers-monging and rules monster, but it was fun for a while). he died an untimely death because my idea of him wasn't to wear fancy full-plate armour, and I made the mistake to listen to the GM and took the unenchanted platemail when it became apparent we wouldn't stand a chance otherwise. he was unanimously fried in his armoury by an enemy sorcerer.

I recently revisited the character drawing and turned it into a new ref sheet.

My character Sixty is a Hairless Chinese Crested.They are furless through most of their body. Some have fur on their wrist, ankles, end of the tails, and on their heads.
The fur on their head almost looks like hair. They can be ugly, or very stylish dogs. :p

Kepfera is hairless except for a few stunted whiskers and the world's saddest tail tuft. He was born that way, but folks who don't know better tend to assume he's got mange or something.

My zebra has no real set design for his cybernetic arms, it varies depending on how I feel like drawing them...

that's a strange looking mongoose (i kid! zebras are cool too)

I do have a human character who is missing an arm (all his refs are old and crappy tho so no link) but he doesn't go for any sort of prosthetic. He hates the sensation of anything touching him there. Also his setting is roughly Victorian era so instead of a rad cyborg arm with LEDs and hidden knives he'd have, like, a creepy iron skeletal arm or smth... although i guess you could still hide a knife in that

Chiaroscuro was originally supposed to change colors from all-black with the new moon to all-white with the full moon, and back again. This got way too complex and was dropped as an idea quickly.

That said, it lives on in his fake species name, Herpestes lunarii. :)

Deston does turn white with the full moon because he is literally a werewolf :u

Paquin also changes colors, his fur is brownish in the summer and silver in the winter!

I have 'Toon characters and one is heterochomic (his eyes are different colors)

Isador doesn't have heterochromia, but he does have albinism which makes his eyes a very light blue with pinkish pupils!
