I'd prefer a steady upload stream, and IME that's better at generating views and comments. Take it from someone who once made one picture for _every_ species and every theme in the menu listings and uploaded them all in a single day.

I prefer the upload twice per week, it gives us something to read and keeps us hooked and waiting for more instead of a long wait to see it all in one go. It helps people to enjoy and anticipate it longer than 'here have it all now' and be done with it in a half hour.

It also helps make for a nice build up between pages, God knows it had me hitting refresh waiting for the days of certain pages to be posted due to teasing dialogue in the page before <///<

I prefer 2 upload per week, lots of those page are nice to watch by themselves afterall. But it's up to you!
