You could always keep watching how some of your favorite artists do their work, whether it's upload or even on streams. Asking them might not even hurt. And hey, why not make a goal to have something once a week like a daily goal?

My dude you are already on the path, just keep drawing and experimenting, and in time you will be rewarded. My opinion is that art is suffering. The harder you struggle, the longer you perservere, the more powerful you will become. And heck you’re already off to a really strong start!

But if you want suggestions, working from references is always useful. Gesture drawing can definitely teach you things about anatomy and proportion and stuff as well.

I agree with Mylos. Just keep watching others and working on your own stuff, and you'll start gradually improving, I believe. Maybe take some artistic risks or play around with styles and mediums?
