In that Wreck It Ralph 2 video.... Ralph and Vannelope went Turbo! They invaded and messed up a game while it was being played by a user!

true, but the rule mostly went to arcade games. Dunno if the rule applies to the internet

It should apply to any games, unless they don't care other games being damaged, which I dont think is the case. Maybe they'll work on it more during the movie.
