Looking for artist for long-term projects/artwork!

Helloooo everyone! I'm currently looking for an artist for long-term projects and artwork. Projects include comics and other miscellaneous artwork. Kemono artists are preferred/encouraged!
The artist should be able to work comfortably in SFW and NSFW as well as be open to certain kinks (will be discussed).
Payment will be done on a monthly basis based on the artwork produced. Will be put higher than their standard fee for their artwork in order to make it more lucrative.
If you're interested, send me a note with your art portfolio/FA and we can discuss it even further!
If you know anyone who might be interested, let them know! Sharing this journal would be awesome too!
