I wanna lose weight (fat to muscle)

So I've been hating my body for years now, and I really want to start exercising. And I have tried in the past, multiple times, and I could never get myself to continuously do it.
So I guess my problem is I can't stay motivated to keep doing it, like most people do.
I wanna loose weight in my stomach/belly, it's a big reason of my recent depression, I've stepped up two sizes in pants the last few years.
I think finding someone to work out with everytime would drastically help me keep going.
Does anyone have any ideas I could try? Either exercise routines, or even diets? I'm extremely picky with foods so good luck with that.

I don't really have any weights per say, Some old ass equipment though, tredmill, bike, ect
Ease into it. Start easy by like half an hour on a treadmill or walks outside, and increase the time each time. I'm currently slacking myself but I intend to start up again soon.
Find some recreational activity you like and see if that can help you ease into it. That's also a good foundation. o7
