Just sometimes, big bushy tails aren't so great
7 years ago
Zee-Zee stretched up on tiptoes to put a final block on top of his gigantic block tower! Yes, it was now definitely higher than his head! And he'd built it all by himself! And been super grown up and patient and not even cried and given up when it fell down after he'd only put three blocks in a pile! And used the potty by himself earlier and not wet his pull-up since before lunch! Now everyone needed to come and see and tell him how clever he was!
He turned his back on the gigantic tower and yelled "Look what I... whuh?"
Just as he started shouting, there was a clatter behind him. His squirrel tail had swished against the blocks when he turned round and knocked the tower down. "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" he wailed.

My own tail's not quite so poofy, but still has a tendency to get trod upon, closed in doors, or stuck with burrs. It's a good thing tails are so useful for snuggling!
Very nicely written, Zoom-zoom. You capture a lot in a little with this fun story. Quite impressive.
I'm sure Zee-Zee will figure out how to keep his tail from getting him in trouble as he gets older. He's quite clever and outsmarting his tail will definitely come in time. Maybe, in the future, they will even become friends? :)
