Queen of Chancellor Allin Taliyah better known as Queen Taliyah was a Republic Queen who served during the Colonization era of the Republic. She served as both the Supreme Chancellor and the Queen of Chancellor. She never married nor had heirs to the throne, she was recorded as one of the most brutal rulers ever recorded in the Republic. She went down in history as one of the Republic's worst rulers at all.

Born to a rich Rilgarian Family, Queen Taliyah started off as an innocent child living in the stormy clouds of Rilgar. She grew a fond of what was life outside Rilgar and wanted to explore. When she reached her high school years she volunteered for the student exchange program and went on a trip that would take her from her homeworld of Rilgar to the luxurious Capital of the Republic. Enthralled at the beauty of the Republic's capital she wanted to stay there and make a life. She went against her parent's behalf and settled on Tretris Oakutarui where her story begins. According to datalogs during the colonization era, Taliyah was fascinated by the Capital World and wanted to do everything in her power to protect it. She signed up with the Republic Police Force and helped out snuff out crime in the UnderCity. However each time she brought in one criminal another will take its place. This angered Taliyah, she wanted what was best for the Capital City. For the next 4 years Taliyah dedicated her life to bringing crime down to a minimal in the UnderCity she was successful after taking down the Waking Sun's Leader "Mallon" into custody. She was ecstatic that she was able to bring down one of the UnderCity's criminal bosses. However she wanted to do more for the Republic's Capital.

On Febarius 14th 149 of 2409 GRS the Election of a New Supreme Chancellor/Queen was underway Taliyah finally of age to participate ran for the position of Queen of Chancellor. If she won she would've been the youngest queen in the Republic's history. Unlike the other candidates she had no base nor position to run it was against her all the way. However she managed to pull through the impossible when she promised to bring the Capital City back to it's glory. The Republic still shaken by the Capital Reformation of 2304 was at a standstill with her and her competitors. In the end Taliyah won the election by a narrow margin. She was inaugurated Aprilius 10th 150 of 2409 GRS, it was that time Taliyah's true colors began to shine. Just 2 weeks into her reign she issued strict tariffs and martial law on the UnderCity, she drafted new laws that will force the UnderCity to give up criminals and their hideouts. The Senate was outraged at this while some of her laws were reasonable most of them seemed outright cruel. Next she issued to turn innocent civilians housing into fortresses for Republic Security and have the Senate Towers remodeled to allow better fortification incase an attack from above would happen. This angered the citizens of the Republic especially the citizens of the UnderCity. Alot of citizens were outraged that their queen was doing to the Capital City. It became worst when she sacrificed restoration funds to the worlds devastated in the Zecropolian War and transferred those funds to fortify the UnderCity. The carnage didn't end there, Taliyah's reign will turn darker when she forced the Republic Military to attack random civilians in the UnderCity due to belief of criminal activity. This brought out the true colors of Taliyah who wanted to purge the UnderCity of all criminals.

Queen Taliyah now growing old in her age didn't want to leave the Republic as it was. She wanted to live forever promising the Republic to purge all criminal activity in the Capital. So she contacted the Purus Faction of the Demon Hunters and asked if there was a way to cheat death. The Purus Faction disagreed with her at first because it seemed impossible to cheat death. They said "You have to go through Thanatos to cheat death". So she went out of her way to find ways to summon Thanatos the Demon God of Death. She tried multiple summoning circles and rituals all of which failed. Soon she found one ritual that worked and attracted the Demon God of Death. She begged the Demon God to give her Immortality so she can reign over the Republic forever. The Demon God chuckled at this and granted her wish. However as the Queen slept in bed, the Demon God personally took her life thus ending Taliyah's reign on the Republic. When word got out that Queen Taliyah died in her sleep, citizens of the Republic were excited especially those in the UnderCity. Her successor Alfred Jaspen began to undo all the changes Queen Taliyah did to the Republic Capital.

In the end Queen Taliyah's reign on the Republic was brutal she sacrificed funds to fortify the UnderCity, ordered executing squads on random civilians, and even evict innocent citizens to fortify the Capital she fell in love with. From pursuing a perfect Capital City to cheating death itself Queen Taliyah went down as one of the worst Republic Rulers of all time.
