I'm not into the "one buff guy gets smaller while another one gets bigger" kind, but I am very much into the "already little guy gives up his body and life force/soul (or gets it taken from him, depending on how you look at it) to fuel an already buff guy's growth to get even more buff" kind. I'm usually the little guy willingly giving up my energy to fuel someone else's muscle growth.
