Have you tried YouTube? I'm not sure about the availability of German dubs but you should easily be able to find episodes with decent subs (and failing that, all the episodes currently out are both subbed and dubbed in english - the only one not dubbed in english yet is s02e10)
On the bright side, you don't have to wait a year for season two to start airing! (Instead it's like a few months per a few episodes because TFOU is fucking shit when it comes to sticking to any kind of airing schedule lol)

No chance on youtube. Remember german youtube is that part where you couldnt watch things your english friends sent you and said look this is so cool !!
