Maybe reviewers would have been more forgiving of this film if Bruce Willis had sex with a fish.
I'll actually add more at work.

A wise man avoids politics like the plague-- because that's what it is.
Some poor bastards can't leave it out of ANYTHING, however.
from this article, I have no idea if I'd want to see this movie or not; He didn't actually discuss it.
Take the 85% recommendation from the audience on Rotten Tomatoes tho.
Or that he wasn't the right kind of black man; he should've been cleaning out the black hoods, not the white impoverished slums.
The regressives are never, EVER satisfied.
But your article is absolutely abominable from an editorial standpoint, from a review standpoint, from a political discourse standpoint.
You went off on a tangent about the left and its gun control narrative, and I say it was a tangent because you erected strawmen for all of your points. Even the lunatics in the far left won't say that it's okay to drone-strike Americans at home regardless of the reasons why, where the hell did you even come up with that? That's a strawman the size of the Wicker Man. "In gun debates, look at how often the first thing that pops into their mind is that a gun would be wrested away from them, and used on them. Look how often they threaten "The state will just send in their troops to take your guns anyways, you can't stand them off!"" Dude, every time I hear that particular argument, that's a RESPONSE, not a STARTER to the argument, in response to the tired, bullshit claim that conservatives make that their guns CAN stand off the military and that restricting gun access to people will allow the government to use force on its citizens even faster. Also, Clive Bundy's not a good example, given one of his buddies actually got ventilated to death and they ended up being apprehended despite their guns.
Then there's "A pride flag for every form of sexual degeneracy." Man, I dunno about anyone else reading this article, but the way you've worded this makes it sound like you're saying that everything with a pride flag is sexual degeneracy, and I dunno if you know this but uh, in this fandom, that kind of sentiment will get you utterly skewered, so you really should think about maybe editing that to be clearer.
Unless that was intentional, in which case...well, let's just say you might want to not share this article on your FA page. Just saying. It might cost you commissions.
And that brings me to the overall quality of this article's writing.
It was atrocious.
"dutiful attention paid to gun safety & responsible sales & usage"
Are you serious? Did you not only just use the ampersand incorrectly TWICE, in the same sentence, but also for an "and" that shouldn't have even been there, to begin with?
"Dutiful attention paid to gun safety, responsible sales, and usage." Or, gun safety, responsible sales/usage" Jesus Christ, man, this is basic-bitch levels of syntax, how the hell did this get published?? I spotted no less than ten spelling errors that could easily have been corrected with spellchecking or just one quick re-read, and I could likely find twice that if I looked closer.
Then there's the closer: "And that's why every ticket sale for this film drives the left nuts. "
"The Left." You know, it's funny, I'm on the left side of the political compass, and I loved this movie. But you must be on the right side of the compass, which means sales of Black Panther must really piss you off. You see how retarded that sounds? You need to specify the political forces behind the movements you are criticizing, otherwise you shouldn't even be talking about those movements because you're clearly ignorant of them. You should instead maybe consider talking about the movie, something you seem to have a much more solid grasp of based on the brief brushes of commentary you gave to it, and leave the political commentary to people who actually participate in the political discourse, which I don't think you do based solely on your mischaracterizations and generalizations.
I give this article a 15%.
This is... a really well thought out and presented analysis.
It's nice to see more of these.
Especially these days.
