Today I spilled coffee, I screwed about it cuz, I got it all over then I got stuff the clean it up...then my grandpa came in...he yelled scared the cap at me and doing so flinged coffee on the ceiling...then he threatened me...he said and I quote "I will knock you the fuck out if you do that again" he made a fistand made a a motion like he was going to much me in the face...I'm scared rn...I can take memetal and verbal abuse (barely can) no threatened to physically abuse me...FUCK IT! Its like a endless cycle of sadness and fear for me...
